- 1/2 cup (90 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/2 cup (90 g) sprinkles (preferably jimmies for a better texture)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease the baking pan or line it with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix and melted butter.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract to the dry mixture. Stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips (if using) and sprinkles until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the center is set.
- Allow blondies to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
