Ingredients:
- 2 oz (60 ml) Dry Prosecco or Champagne (chilled)
- 1 oz (30 ml) St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 0.75 oz (22 ml) Gin (London Dry Gin recommended)
- 0.5 oz (15 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
- Lemon twist or edible flower, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- If desired, chill the champagne flute or coupe glass in the freezer for at least 15 minutes.
- If making multiple cocktails, combine the gin, St. Germain, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well until chilled.
- If shaken, strain the mixture into the chilled glass.
- If not shaken, pour the gin, St. Germain, and lemon juice directly into the chilled glass.
- Top with chilled Prosecco or Champagne.
- Garnish with a lemon twist or edible flower, if desired.
