Ingredients:

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Dry Prosecco or Champagne (chilled)
  • 1 oz (30 ml) St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 0.75 oz (22 ml) Gin (London Dry Gin recommended)
  • 0.5 oz (15 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Lemon twist or edible flower, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. If desired, chill the champagne flute or coupe glass in the freezer for at least 15 minutes.
  2. If making multiple cocktails, combine the gin, St. Germain, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well until chilled.
  3. If shaken, strain the mixture into the chilled glass.
  4. If not shaken, pour the gin, St. Germain, and lemon juice directly into the chilled glass.
  5. Top with chilled Prosecco or Champagne.
  6. Garnish with a lemon twist or edible flower, if desired.
