Ingredients:

  • 6 cups ripe peaches, sliced (about 6-8 peaches) (1.5 kg)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (50 g)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (2 g)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats (100 g)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (120 g)
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar (100 g)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted (115 g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder (2 g)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, lemon juice, ground cinnamon, and salt. Mix until peaches are well coated.
  3. Transfer filling to the prepared baking dish, spreading evenly.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Pour in melted butter and stir until mixture is crumbly.
  5. Evenly spread topping over the peach filling.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbling at the edges.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.
