Ingredients:
- 6 cups ripe peaches, sliced (about 6-8 peaches) (1.5 kg)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (50 g)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15 ml)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (2 g)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats (100 g)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (120 g)
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar (100 g)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted (115 g)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder (2 g)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, lemon juice, ground cinnamon, and salt. Mix until peaches are well coated.
- Transfer filling to the prepared baking dish, spreading evenly.
- In a separate bowl, mix together rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Pour in melted butter and stir until mixture is crumbly.
- Evenly spread topping over the peach filling.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbling at the edges.
- Cool slightly before serving.
