Ingredients:
- 1 pint (570g) Strawberries, hulled and halved or quartered if large
- 1 pint (570g) Blueberries, rinsed
- 1 cup (150g) Raspberries, rinsed
- 2 Navel Oranges, peeled, segmented, and roughly chopped
- 2 Mandarins, peeled, segmented
- 1 Grapefruit, peeled, segmented, and roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup (75g) Green Grapes, halved
- 1/4 cup (15g) Fresh Mint Leaves, chopped
- 3 tablespoons (45ml) Fresh Lime Juice (about 2 limes)
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) Honey (runny honey is best)
- 1 teaspoon Lime Zest
Instructions:
- Wash and prepare all the fruit according to the ingredient list instructions. Pay attention to removing pith from citrus.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, honey, and lime zest until well combined.
- In the large mixing bowl, gently combine all the prepared fruits and mint.
- Pour the honey-lime dressing over the fruit salad. Gently toss to coat evenly.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled.
