Ingredients:
- 6 oz (180 ml) White Rum
- 3 oz (90 ml) Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 1.5 oz (45 ml) Simple Syrup
- 2 cups Ice Cubes
Instructions:
- Add rum, lime juice, and simple syrup to the blender.
- Add ice to the blender on top of the liquid ingredients.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and slushy. Adjust ice or liquid for desired consistency.
- Taste and add more simple syrup if needed for sweetness, or a splash more lime juice for tartness.
- Pour immediately into chilled cocktail glasses.
- Garnish with a lime wedge or wheel.
