Ingredients:

  • 6 oz (180 ml) White Rum
  • 3 oz (90 ml) Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Simple Syrup
  • 2 cups Ice Cubes

Instructions:

  1. Add rum, lime juice, and simple syrup to the blender.
  2. Add ice to the blender on top of the liquid ingredients.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth and slushy. Adjust ice or liquid for desired consistency.
  4. Taste and add more simple syrup if needed for sweetness, or a splash more lime juice for tartness.
  5. Pour immediately into chilled cocktail glasses.
  6. Garnish with a lime wedge or wheel.
