  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) vegetable oil (e.g., sunflower oil)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cashews, honey, oil, salt, and any optional ingredients (cinnamon, vanilla).
  4. Stir until the cashews are evenly coated in the honey mixture.
  5. Pour the coated cashews onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
