Ingredients:

  • ½ cup (40g) Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup (240ml) Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • ½ cup (85g) Frozen Berries
  • ½ medium (75g) Banana (frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) Natural Sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or agave nectar)
  • ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) Vanilla Extract
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon (10g) Protein Powder
  • Optional: Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients (oats, milk, berries, banana, sweetener, vanilla extract, and optional protein powder) to the blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Add ice cubes, if desired, to reach the desired consistency.
  3. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or consistency as needed. Add more sweetener for a sweeter smoothie or more liquid for a thinner one.
  4. Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.
