Ingredients:
- ½ cup (40g) Rolled Oats
- 1 cup (240ml) Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- ½ cup (85g) Frozen Berries
- ½ medium (75g) Banana (frozen)
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) Natural Sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or agave nectar)
- ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) Vanilla Extract
- Optional: 1 tablespoon (10g) Protein Powder
- Optional: Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients (oats, milk, berries, banana, sweetener, vanilla extract, and optional protein powder) to the blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Add ice cubes, if desired, to reach the desired consistency.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or consistency as needed. Add more sweetener for a sweeter smoothie or more liquid for a thinner one.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.
