Ingredients:
- 2 cups (280g) Cooked Turkey Breast, shredded or diced
- 1/2 cup (120ml) Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup (50g) Celery, finely diced
- 1/4 cup (30g) Red Onion, finely diced
- 1/4 cup (40g) Dried Cranberries
- 2 tablespoons (30g) Mango Chutney
- 1 teaspoon (5g) Curry Powder
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) Lemon Juice
- 2 tablespoons (5g) Fresh Parsley, chopped
- Salt: To taste
- Black Pepper: To taste
Instructions:
- Shred or dice the cooked turkey into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded turkey, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, cranberries, mango chutney, curry powder, lemon juice, and parsley.
- Season with salt and pepper to your liking. Give it a good stir to ensure everything is well combined.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
- If using toasted nuts and/or green grapes, stir them in just before serving.
- Serve as desired in sandwiches, salads, or as an appetizer.
