Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (280g) Cooked Turkey Breast, shredded or diced
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup (50g) Celery, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup (30g) Red Onion, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup (40g) Dried Cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons (30g) Mango Chutney
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) Curry Powder
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons (5g) Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • Salt: To taste
  • Black Pepper: To taste

Instructions:

  1. Shred or dice the cooked turkey into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded turkey, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, cranberries, mango chutney, curry powder, lemon juice, and parsley.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to your liking. Give it a good stir to ensure everything is well combined.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  5. If using toasted nuts and/or green grapes, stir them in just before serving.
  6. Serve as desired in sandwiches, salads, or as an appetizer.
