Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 4 ounces extra-sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 4 ounces pimentos, drained and diced
  • 2 tablespoons diced yellow onion
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Grate all the cheddar cheeses using a box grater or food processor.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated cheddar cheeses, cream cheese, mayonnaise, pimentos, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper.
  3. Mix everything together until well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt as needed.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Remove from the refrigerator and serve with your favorite crackers, vegetables, or bread.
