Ingredients:
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 4 ounces extra-sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 4 ounces pimentos, drained and diced
- 2 tablespoons diced yellow onion
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Grate all the cheddar cheeses using a box grater or food processor.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated cheddar cheeses, cream cheese, mayonnaise, pimentos, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper.
- Mix everything together until well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt as needed.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Remove from the refrigerator and serve with your favorite crackers, vegetables, or bread.
