Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana (approx. 120g)
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks (approx. 165g)
- ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks (approx. 80g)
- ½ cup coconut milk (canned, full-fat) (approx. 120ml)
- ¼ cup orange juice (approx. 60ml)
- 1 tablespoon shredded unsweetened coconut (approx. 6g)
- Optional: 1 teaspoon chia seeds (approx. 5g)
Instructions:
- Add the banana, mango, pineapple, coconut milk, orange juice, shredded coconut, and chia seeds (if using) to the blender.
- Secure the lid and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender once or twice to ensure all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more orange juice or coconut milk until you reach your desired consistency. If too thin, add a few more frozen mango chunks.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
