Ingredients:
- 46 oz Pineapple Juice (chilled)
- 15 oz Cream of Coconut (like Coco Lopez, chilled)
- ½ cup Heavy Cream (or Half and Half, chilled)
- 2 Liters Lemon-Lime Soda (Sprite or 7 Up, chilled)
- 2 Tbsp Grenadine Syrup (or to color)
- Generous amount Ice Ring or Cubes
Instructions:
- Combine the chilled Pineapple Juice, Cream of Coconut, and Heavy Cream (or Half and Half) in a very large punch bowl.
- Whisk the creamy mixture vigorously until all elements are fully incorporated and the liquid is smooth and uniform. Ensure the base mixture is well-chilled.
- Slowly incorporate the Grenadine Syrup, adding tiny increments until the desired light pastel pink or coral hue is achieved.
- Just before serving, gently pour in the chilled Lemon-Lime Soda. Stir minimally to maintain maximum carbonation.
- Add a generous amount of ice cubes or an ice ring to the bowl to keep the punch cold throughout serving.
