Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup (40g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup (65g) all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup (170g) peanut butter chips
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease or line the baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until well combined.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, sift together cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Gently fold in the peanut butter chips until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow brownies to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Cut into squares and serve.
