Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (non-fat or low-fat)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (light or Greek yogurt for a healthier option)
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (freshly ground, if possible)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce for an extra kick

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add the plain Greek yogurt and sour cream.
  2. Add dried dill, dried parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Stir in lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce (if using).
  4. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture is creamy.
  5. Sample the dip and adjust seasonings, adding more salt, pepper, or lemon juice as needed.
  6. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the dip to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  7. Serve chilled with an array of fresh vegetables, whole grain crackers, or chips.
