Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- 4 large Portobello mushrooms, stems removed
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place Portobello mushrooms in a zip-top bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Seal the bag or cover the dish and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Remove mushrooms from marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until tender and grill marks appear, basting with leftover marinade as desired.
- Remove from grill, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
