Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) maple syrup
  • 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp (0.75g) sea salt
  • 1/2 cup (75g) fresh blueberries
  • 1 tbsp (15g) sliced almonds
  • 1 tsp (5g) hemp hearts

Instructions:

  1. Combine the chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt in a mixing bowl or jars. Whisk vigorously for 60 seconds until no large clumps remain.
  2. Let the mixture sit at room temperature for 10 minutes to allow the seeds to begin hydrating.
  3. Stir or whisk the pudding a second time to redistribute any settled seeds and ensure a uniform consistency.
  4. Seal the jars and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally for 12 hours, to set the pudding structure.
  5. Top with fresh blueberries, sliced almonds, and hemp hearts before serving.
