- 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp (15ml) maple syrup
- 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp (0.75g) sea salt
- 1/2 cup (75g) fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp (15g) sliced almonds
- 1 tsp (5g) hemp hearts
Instructions:
- Combine the chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt in a mixing bowl or jars. Whisk vigorously for 60 seconds until no large clumps remain.
- Let the mixture sit at room temperature for 10 minutes to allow the seeds to begin hydrating.
- Stir or whisk the pudding a second time to redistribute any settled seeds and ensure a uniform consistency.
- Seal the jars and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally for 12 hours, to set the pudding structure.
- Top with fresh blueberries, sliced almonds, and hemp hearts before serving.
