Ingredients:

- 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp (15ml) pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp (5ml) pure vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp (0.75g) fine sea salt
Instructions:
- Add the chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt into a mixing bowl or directly into glass Mason jars.
- Whisk vigorously for 60 seconds until the seeds are evenly distributed and no dry clumps remain.
- Let the mixture sit at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes to allow seeds to begin absorbing liquid.
- Whisk the mixture a second time to break up clusters and ensure a smooth, consistent set.
- Seal the jars tightly and refrigerate for at least 12 hours (overnight) to allow the fiber network to fully develop.
