Ingredients:
- 1 cup (180g) steel cut oats
- 4 cups (950ml) water or milk (or a blend of both for creaminess)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (optional, for sweetness)
- Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
- Sliced bananas
- Chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
- Nut butter (peanut or almond)
- Ground cinnamon or nutmeg
Instructions:
- Measure oats, water/milk, and salt.
- Add oats and liquid to the pressure cooker.
- Secure the lid and set the cooker to high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Allow for a natural release for 10 minutes, then perform a quick release for any remaining pressure.
- Open the lid, stir the oats, and add maple syrup or honey if desired.
- Spoon into bowls and add your choice of toppings.
