Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond butter, rolled oats, honey (or maple syrup), chia seeds, dark chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Stir the mixture until all ingredients are well combined. You may need to use your hands to ensure everything is mixed thoroughly.
- Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into balls using your hands. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate the bliss balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Enjoy immediately after chilling or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
