Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond butter, rolled oats, honey (or maple syrup), chia seeds, dark chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.

  3. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into balls using your hands. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Refrigerate the bliss balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Enjoy immediately after chilling or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
