Ingredients:
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt (Plain, Full Fat)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tbsp roasted granola
- 1 tbsp sliced almonds
Instructions:
- Combine the Greek yogurt, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon in a glass jar. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and the sweetener is fully integrated.
- Fold in the chia seeds, stirring until they are evenly distributed.
- Let the mixture sit on the counter for 10 minutes, then stir vigorously a second time to break up any chia seed clumps.
- Seal the lid tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the chia seeds to hydrate and thicken the base.
- Just before serving, stir the base one last time. Top with fresh blueberries, roasted granola, and sliced almonds.
