Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt (Plain, Full Fat)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tbsp roasted granola
  • 1 tbsp sliced almonds

Instructions:

  1. Combine the Greek yogurt, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon in a glass jar. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and the sweetener is fully integrated.
  2. Fold in the chia seeds, stirring until they are evenly distributed.
  3. Let the mixture sit on the counter for 10 minutes, then stir vigorously a second time to break up any chia seed clumps.
  4. Seal the lid tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the chia seeds to hydrate and thicken the base.
  5. Just before serving, stir the base one last time. Top with fresh blueberries, roasted granola, and sliced almonds.
