Ingredients:
- 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets, skin-on (680 grams)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (30 ml)
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest (6 grams)
- 2 teaspoons freshly cracked black pepper (10 grams)
- 1 teaspoon sea salt (5 grams)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, black pepper, and sea salt.
- Place salmon fillets in the marinade, ensuring they’re well-coated. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add marinated salmon fillets, skin-side down. Cook for 5-6 minutes until skin is crispy. Flip and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.
- Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
