Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 package (10 oz) mini marshmallows
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup candy corn
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup additional candy corn for decoration

Instructions:

  1. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan lightly or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, add butter and marshmallows. Heat in the microwave for about 1 minute, then stir. Repeat until melted and smooth.
  3. Add the Rice Krispies cereal and candy corn to the melted marshmallow mixture. Stir until well-coated and evenly mixed.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Use a rubber spatula to press it down evenly without compacting too much.
  5. Allow to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  6. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  7. Drizzle melted chocolate over the cooled rice treats. Sprinkle additional candy corn on top for decoration.
  8. Once the chocolate has set, cut into squares and enjoy!
