Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 package (10 oz) mini marshmallows
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 cup candy corn
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup additional candy corn for decoration
Instructions:
- Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan lightly or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, add butter and marshmallows. Heat in the microwave for about 1 minute, then stir. Repeat until melted and smooth.
- Add the Rice Krispies cereal and candy corn to the melted marshmallow mixture. Stir until well-coated and evenly mixed.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Use a rubber spatula to press it down evenly without compacting too much.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the cooled rice treats. Sprinkle additional candy corn on top for decoration.
- Once the chocolate has set, cut into squares and enjoy!
