Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 10 cups rice cereal
  • 6 cups mini marshmallows
  • Yellow gel food coloring
  • Orange gel food coloring
  • 1 cup candy corn marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup candy corn kernels

Instructions:

  1. Line a 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides, and lightly grease with butter or non-stick spray.
  2. Melt 4 tbsp (56g) of butter over low heat in a pot or microwave-safe bowl. Add 6 cups (340g) of mini marshmallows and stir constantly until smooth.
  3. Divide the melted marshmallow mixture evenly into three separate bowls.
  4. Stir yellow gel coloring into the first bowl, orange gel coloring into the second bowl, and leave the third bowl natural white.
  5. Stir approximately 3.3 cups (53g) of rice cereal into each colored bowl until fully coated.
  6. Press the yellow mixture firmly but gently into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  7. Layer the orange mixture directly on top of the yellow layer, followed by the white mixture.
  8. Top with candy corn marshmallows and candy corn kernels before allowing to set for 45 minutes.
