Ingredients:

  • 8 oz feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Place the drained feta, Greek yogurt, sour cream, and smashed garlic into the food processor bowl. Pulse 5-7 times to break the feta into small crumbles before switching to a continuous blend.
  2. Process on high for 1–2 minutes. Stop halfway through to scrape down the sides with a rubber spatula to ensure no chunks remain until the mixture is pale and fluffy.
  3. While the motor is running on medium-low, slowly drizzle in 2 tbsp of olive oil to create a stable emulsion and whipped finish.
  4. Add the lemon juice, lemon zest, and black pepper. Pulse for another 10 seconds just until incorporated.
  5. Spoon the dip into a shallow bowl, creating a circular well in the center with the back of a spoon. Drizzle with honey and the remaining 1 tbsp of olive oil, then sprinkle with oregano.
