Ingredients:
- 8 oz feta cheese
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
- Place the drained feta, Greek yogurt, sour cream, and smashed garlic into the food processor bowl. Pulse 5-7 times to break the feta into small crumbles before switching to a continuous blend.
- Process on high for 1–2 minutes. Stop halfway through to scrape down the sides with a rubber spatula to ensure no chunks remain until the mixture is pale and fluffy.
- While the motor is running on medium-low, slowly drizzle in 2 tbsp of olive oil to create a stable emulsion and whipped finish.
- Add the lemon juice, lemon zest, and black pepper. Pulse for another 10 seconds just until incorporated.
- Spoon the dip into a shallow bowl, creating a circular well in the center with the back of a spoon. Drizzle with honey and the remaining 1 tbsp of olive oil, then sprinkle with oregano.
