Ingredients:
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp cracked black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions:
- Combine the cottage cheese, olive oil, and lemon juice in a food processor. Process on high for 60–90 seconds until the grainy texture disappears and the mixture is glossy and thick.
- Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pulse 3–4 times just to incorporate the seasonings.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the chopped dill and parsley by hand using a spatula to maintain distinct green flecks.
