Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions:

  1. Combine the cottage cheese, olive oil, and lemon juice in a food processor. Process on high for 60–90 seconds until the grainy texture disappears and the mixture is glossy and thick.
  2. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pulse 3–4 times just to incorporate the seasonings.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the chopped dill and parsley by hand using a spatula to maintain distinct green flecks.
